V12 Days of Christmas
Posted by Mike on 20 December, 2007
It feels like such a long time since we launched Superleague Formula back in April at Milan this year. We’ve done so much and, with your support, we feel like we’re well on track to delivering a fantastic first year of racing in 2008.
We now have nine clubs on the grid for the beautiful race, a published FIA-approved race calendar and the great news is that Alex and Robin are now in the process of agreeing contracts with three more (two in Europe, one in South America)… so we’ll be welcoming in 2008 with a rush of announcements, club launches (Porto in mid-Jan, with Galatasaray to follow), followed by the first car off the production line in March.
We’re going to take a Xmas break with the blog for the next 12 days, so thanks to all of you for supporting Superleague Formula over the last nine months – without you, the fans, we are just a concept and we wish you and your families all the very best this holiday season.
We’ll be back back back on 2 January 2008… and here to stay.
